Jack's girlfriend has signed him up as a gym trainer which should get him in shape. But he's so lazy and so weak. He can't even lift with both hands what this gym trainer, who is a girl, by the way, lifts with one hand. He's lacking motivation and he just wants to go home. But that's not why Kate became a gym trainer. She can get anyone into the shape it's just a matter of will and motivation. And because positive motivation doesn't seem to work on Jack, it's time to try some negative motivation. She threatens Jack that he's gonna have to smell her sweaty gym feet if he won't work out. He doesn't believe it of course so it's time for a demonstration. As Kate is standing up above Jack, she puts her bare sole on his face and starts to control him with her foot. Jack can't breathe and when he's allowed to breathe he has to smell her feet. It's so humiliating but he's so weak he can't fight her back. He will be dominated by her bare feet now. Next time he'll think twice about slacking!
