It's happening month after month that Megan is not able to compensate her rent on time or in sufficient amount. This girl is so irresponsible this way. Luckily her landlord is pretty calm guy who does not make a big deal out of it, so far at least. This month, again, Megan is late with her rent and someone is knocking on the door. It's the landlord and he wants to have a chat with her. She let's him in and he reminds her of this problem again. But then he starts to talk about some foot fetish profile on Instagram and he's very shy about going to the question. Megan thinks she knows what he wants but she cannot be sure at this point. Finally he speaks the question and offers Megan that she would not have to compensate rent...at all. If she admits the online profile is hers and if she lets him smell her amazing feet in those smelly pantyhose she's wearing. Sounds like a good deal to me...
