Today we're going to embark in some encouraged exercise. I'm going to stand here and give out some instructions to keep my sub in shape. I taunt and tease him with my feet on display, I do let him kiss in encouragement for some press ups. Though, I decide to make these press ups harder, first by placing one foot on his head - and then later on his back, pushing him to the ground to kiss my feet. Sit ups are next on the agenda, can he sit up to kiss my feet? What about with my foot on his chest? Ha - this is so much fun. Oh, look at him, desperately exercising to try to kiss my feet! I keep him doing sit ups, but with my foot in his crotch, every time he sits up now he can't without crushing his own balls against my feet. Haha. I let him finish by kissing the feet that helped bring him such hurt and torment. Oh, he's all tired out. Will have to get him into more work outs!
