I'd had a good day.... joined a new gym (about time!) and met my new instructor..... so cut to the next morning and he was resting off the workout I'd put him through all night long! There was still an hour or so before he had to get back to the gym for his shift, which left us time for one last quickie before he was on his way. He even gave me a lovely protein shot straight in the mouth to finish our marathon workout!
