I wear a black low raise yoga pants on and peachy tank top underneath a pink sports bra on. I show my outfit on and off a bit front and back and my purpose to get dripping sweat in a shorter time frame as much as I can. I will do a low impact circuit workout using weights as well. Bunch of different exercises after each other and I feel the intensity build up sweat and strength quite quick. Lot's of glutes, quads, abs, arm and upper body, lunges, height training and more on the menu to get sweaty nice and well. Around 15 minutes later from the start I feel this is the right moment to destroy my peachy top and destruct by hands ripping off little pieces and remove it. Well if you think I have done I didn't yet. I keep continue the session till the end just without tank top. Yoga pants and bra still on although. I built up even more sweat during the session I literally dripping from head to toes, swallow my sweat and just dripping all the way down. Bunch of times .
