I usually prefer to get to the gym several times a week, working with heavy weights to hone and refine my muscular physique. Sometimes though that isn’t an option, so I have to make do. I show you what I can do in a hotel room here, demonstrating different bodyweight exercises, like push-ups, in a tiny little sports bra and short-shorts, then flexing when I’m done!
