10:52I just seated down to do a few leg exercises just training my thigh muscles by contracting them in a seated position. Can you see them contracting? It's hard to not! Hihihi. I do it all the time to get you winded up and I know you will darling. I have them nice and shiny for you and do a little tapping whit them too. Nice flexing calves and thighs in crossed legs position and some tapping to lose them up a little after some flexing.
